I don’t recall what the strike price of the preferred shares are but a while back I did a search on Jan Stahl, he’s got a pretty nice house so I doubt he’s hurting for cash. Doesn’t mean he won’t capture the opportunity but I don’t think he will or even can dump all those at once. Being the former CEO of an OTC company, he’s probably well aware of how one sells those into the open market.
