DB-The Feb 24th written brief by Lewis Hudnell requesting appeal from the court’s Alice II decision was an incredibly well written document! In fact it was so well done that his March 3rd performance for our Alice I ORALS was a complete and unwelcome surprise; it felt like it wasn’t the same person.
Subsequently I continue to hear & learn of his high regard within all of IP (he’s considered unusually smart). This tells me he’s just getting started!!!

So C’mon Hudnell; LEAD the WAY.
