That is complete BS - name one pharmaceutical company that filed a Form 15 or filed a 8-K stating they were shutting down operations.

Here is how it should have been done - OWCP only has 5 employees so work from home.

There aren't any excuses for OWCP shutting down Operations and filing a Form 15.

C19 hasn't caused any other pharmaceutical companies in Israel to shutdown operations or file a Form 15.

Those attempting to defend OWCP can't because there isn't a logical excuse.

Most are just pissed because I was right about the OWCP scam.
