There was an assumption here that DC group was the head of this dragon..but we never knew and we wont know how anyone applies to this until they file their own Q...which is the Q that ended on March 31. All we got today was that Smart Crown is the majority stake holder... we are all still going on past DD that led us to think or feel that there were two other company's that were merging in as well.

Yesterday I put up a Post that said I felt we would get the filing update for the end of the old company and then by May an announcement of the first new company becoming into this new company and then by July the second one. I never thought we would see the three company's announced all at once.

I am very happy with what we got and excited to see what is coming.
