How likely is it that they'll sell the patents or rights to them for much less than they are worth but they themselves will get a % from sales from whomever takes it over, while leaving a OWCP an empty shell and screwing over investors?

Can the same be said with other patents, like the MM patent, what is stopping them from doing shady deals without including shareholders in them?

From their past and current actions, it doesn't look like they have shareholders best interest at hand, the patent gets granted and they go dark??? WHY??? This would generate huge interest if they PR'd that making the SP go up.

They're f'ing us over, they built the company on our backs, they progressed their research and patents on our $$$, how dare they say this is in shareholders best interest to delist? That's a blatant lie, they're screwing us over before our own eyes.
