Regardless what the article may say, I doubt that Kinerjapay was acquired by anyone. There is no evidence supported by filings or stock-price change.

And surprise, no follow-up by Edwin regarding the 25M "expected" by March 31st. I guess he missed his chance to send out an April Fool's Day PR announcing a takeover and funding and he found a cure for COVAD-19 ...

After all, Edwin is known to be a quite the practical joker.
