Only difference is now that we made the split we’re on a Nasdaq and therefore it may rise faster due larger investor pool.

I recommend voting for split, only to get us into Nasdaq.

one minor problem with that, there's no way the RS assures us a listing, instead the SP starts to drift lower and now we own a fraction of the pre-split and a lower SP to boot.
