Lanette wasnt party to those agreements.

Only way to uncover the truth is reviewing the agreement with Lanett

Lannett commenced marketing Adderall IR last year. The info quoted in the 10Q was just posted on February 10/2020. . . seven weeks ago. This 10Q includes the most current info regarding the Elite/SunGen/Lannett partnership. The current facts are Elite will receive a share of the Adderall IR and XR profits just like all of the other six Elite/SunGen products when they are eventually launched.
