Money ($10M) is supposed to be received in full by April 19th. Per Doug's proactive investor video back in Feb, the money is suppose to be distributed in tranches. So far, no money has been received With only 2.5 weeks to go until the 19th of April.

Key word is 'Expect' to receive money in full by 19 April.
