One year chart for OTCQB looks bad. Especially the last month since the coronavirus fears have hit. Lots of big money has pulled out of the OTC. If the OTCQB is suffering of course a pink sheet stock is going to see little to no volume until this crisis is over. But once the crisis is over and FLES has successfully up-listed and remains current in their financials, a lot of money will come pouring back into OTC stocks and FLES may see a small piece of that pie.

Of course this is all speculation on my part. Do your own DD.
