Notification of Late Filing

On behalf of the Board of Directors at Spectacular Solar, Inc. (SPSO), I am respectfully requesting a 45-day extension to file the annual report for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2019.

Due to the circumstances with COVID-19 events, we have been unable to complete the scheduled audit of our financial statements for 2019.

We were hoping to avoid using the extra time but once non-essential businesses were shutdown in Houston, where the two-firms handling our audit are located, and here in New Jersey, we were left with little choice but to file for the extra time.We have made tremendous progress in auditing 2018 and 2019 but as the resources of the human variety diminished, so did our aspirations and ability to have the audit completed.
