.......the real estate industries, both residential and commercial have SHUT DOWN in FLA and CO.................the realtors, lenders, owners, leasing folks and maintenance jobbers are all in DENIAL...........this is not a markets slowdown..................TOTAL COLLAPSE...........

......the problem is that the absolute STOPPAGE of all real estate activity doesn't have a bottom or a support point.............the downward SPIRAL will continue for several years and go sideways for another few years......
