Good Morning Robin Hood and everyone else. RH I do hope you guys can make back your money when TOPS close the 40 million shares offering at.20 Sorry, but TOPS did you guys very wrong. Dropping an offering during early pre market hours when most can't buy or sell with your broker, especially you guys whom can't buy or sell before 9 am. Lets see will the close of the offering will work for you.

Good Luck Everyone, I will be waiting for the close of the offering for a quick pop.
