Idk the fact that they are getting settlements even small ones against big companies like APPLE is huge and tells us the patents QPRC holds are legit. APPLE doesn’t often just settle. They fight back and drag things out. Look at AVOI. APPLE waited until the last minute (1year) to file an IPR which basically will help them delay it another year. They wait on purpose. I fully expected we had a long time before any results in this case.

The President of QPRC is a patent attorney and has proven he knows what patents to acquire for litigation. Going by the past I expect we see a new round of lawsuits get filed anytime and possibly new patents acquired as well.

Keep in mind he has acquired a portfolio of over 100 patents and has litigated these suits all without diluting shareholders. Not to mention keeping the company fully SEC reporting. When do you see that in the OTC? He is plugging away as a start up building the patent portfolio and a resume for settlement wins (especially with the CXT Patents) that is undeniably beneficial going forward.
