Why is it so important for you to calculate the ratio cause it doesn’t really matter if they do it 1-10 or 1-20. Flexibility in choosing the right ratio is needed cause we don’t know at what price our stock will be before the RS. Important decision is whether to allow it and I don’t see reason why not.
