Steel, copper stocks jump on Trump call for infrastructure bill

Pres. Trump's call on Congress to provide $2T for U.S. infrastructure is lifting steel and copper stocks sharply higher.
Among steel names: CLF +12.9%, X +9.9%, CMC +7.2%, MT +6.5%, NUE +3.2%, STLD+2.6%.
Copper stocks also are surging: FCX +9.4%, HBM +9%, TECK +4.8%.
Also: AA +5.4%, CENX +8%.
