I read the samething on every OTCM scam that files a Form 15 and goes dark but serious investors understands it isn't true:

"Well I say they are doing the right thing for shareholders by cutting unnecessary operational expenses."

Filing a Form 15 is never in the best interest of the shareholders - there isn't enough excuses and spinning to defend the company from having serious problems.

Why did Bignitz just walk away?
