True story! I remember that. I should have listened to the naysayers back then instead of attacking them...

What first struck me is no one cared about revenues. The way to run a business like this is to run a side business to earn money while maintaining the main mission. Maybe sell and service batch equipment. If nothing with dots; any business no matter how mundane.

Another thing was the lack of assets while diluting shares. POS Squires has his family working there. His kid is in real estate. Have him identify property that will surely increase and buy. Assets always come in handy. Assets are of no concern. These to issues set off big alarms to me. I've had to do business all my life and shift for myself. Business is literally about money.

I expressed my concerns in 2 communications and both were ignored. And I was always respectful. Here I am offering free consulting, an interested investor (which I see is bad;y needed), and no response. I always love advice even when I disagree because I can learn something. It floored me to be ignored.

Then when I expressed concerns to others I was attacked. Revenues and assets are vital. So it was crystal clear what lowlife scum I was dealing with and what the intent of management was.
