It is just echo of what every one is saying including all politicians.

The system is not really any of these - incompetent, stupid, ignorant, or just plain out of touch with reality

It is corrupt intent, greediness, immoral intent... have shaped the system to look like what it is today.

Look at lawless FHFA conservatorship of last 11 years, and almost all including lawmakers agree that laws have been ignored and violated.

But our highly touted independent judiciary thinks otherwise. The judiciary even does not agree with defendant (what FHFA Director Calabria wrote before he became FHFA Director).
