Hank started conservatorship on behalf of financial establishment. As a investor UST has conflict of interest in ending consevarorship.

So far SM and MC have done extremely poor job as far as ending conservatorship is concerned despite WH policy directive to end conservatorship. It is time for Trump to ask some one else like HUD-BC to take charge of this.
