Could be they shook hands on it on the 17th. Working out details. Kozjin is the one with the money, and they seem to think its a done deal.

It takes a while to do, but if you go to their Facebook page from Singapore which is their active page, they post videos a lot. They comments are in Chinese (I guess). I've run a bunch through translation from video from yesterday, and the day before. There are a few people wanting to know more about Kozjin International. Seems like something they set up to maybe acquire some companies under their umbrella.

I like that he mentions getting KPAY exposure in all those countries.
