just thinking out loud..... and open for discussion

Even when we do get the Air Permit (assuming this is the gating factor holding up financing) In this current economic climate with pandemic hanging over the economy- I'm not sure they would even execute the financing until the clouds clear??

Although maybe it wouldn't be bad timing after all- with the public sentiment toward supply line dependence and being beholden to other countries for critical goods. Mark S. did a great job of bringing that into sharp focus for the investment community in that PR/Video a couple wks. ago..... i hope big investors / institutional investors were paying attention.
