Thanks, it was slowing down on selling doing lunch and the share price was trading as if the offering was completed, without the company's Pr announcement. imo I think the company will release a close of offering in after hours or tomorrow's pre market. With over 177,800,000 shared traded today I do believe Maxim has sold its 40 million shares out of that volume. So the share holders can get back to business of making cash.
