Once Larry submits the required forms/docs for the divi/warrant payout you will see an explosion -IMO. I think this will get done when he gets back into town.

The reason why the short positions have not covered is because they have not been called out YET. I have rarely seen a short take the initiative and cover heavy early because it would send a huge buy in signal across the investment community and would therefore deal the shorts a potential "unlimited loss" scenario.

Keep in mind that the only way to cover both the dividend and warrants one must cover EQBM by ex-dividend which began on the record date 12/01 and will last until 12/15 which is the pay date.

I have noticed that in some past squeezes the shorts seemed to have ample time to cover. IMO- I think Larry intends to give them a few days.

This will get messy...
