Agreed with all of this except the custodianship was already granted months ago. So the next filings we're likely to see, if past comparable Lazar tickers are any precedent, will be catching up on delinquent filings. With TDR* (very similar share structure) there was a flurry of filings all at once in March, and thus began it's trajectory towards peaking at a 20,000% gain (.0001 Dec. 2018 to .02+ in October 2019). With the withdrawal of Form 15 (duty to file), Lazar has signaled that filings are on the way for QUTR. My read on the vacating of today's proceeding is that no creditors submitted any proof of claims, and so Lazar likely wiped a bunch of debt from the books by barely lifting a finger. Good times ahead imo.
