Even though numbers are small the fact that all 4 patients who progressed to more severe disease were in the control group is encouraging (I don't make as much of the resolution of cough and fever)

Agree on all of the above. (But just to state what you and I take for granted - I’d expect at least some return to the mean in the larger, just-started, US trials.)
