My Dear Shareholders of Access-Power & Co., Inc.,

I never said the reverse merger re-IPO was a pretty process. This is an equity option. In today's market...equity funding makes sense over debt funding.....This process is not the prettiest option. I know this. There are many aspects to a good CLASSIC TEXTBOOK 10-1 REVERSE CASE MERGER...........It is not easy......It is not. SEC filings cannot be erased, there are TAX issues, there is DD PROCESS, equity to debt analysis, there is a convincing....and motivating advice that must be learned for the future. I planed this equity vehicle for them,,,and so far, as your CFO---> ALL SYSTEMS GO!

We are about to develop 750MW OF RENEWABLE PROJECTS NOW!

Access Holding LMTD has 3 businesses. We have the ACCESS-POWER LLP ---> This is the division that STEPHANE runs over there, and we just merged into. I chatted again with him today, this morning....and everything is on TRACK for the packing of all these power assets into ACCR. My dear Shareholders....OIL collapse has changed everything, and reshaped the way capital must be accessed. Companies would rather carry EQUITY on the books today, rather than DEBT. Why carry debt, when you can have a re-IPO of ACCR at $10 fown the pipeline. I AM THE CFO from this structure. I will be replaced later with their own management personal, after FUNDING IS FINISHED! $270,000.00 for 270,000,000 ACCR @ .001, and then I cancel an additional 15mln of my RESTRICTED BLOCK, and reissue the shares back to ACCESWS-POWER LLP...I am ready!

We just completed sale of 334MW of asset powers.

I am going to call FINRA today and let them know we processed a MERGER on 3/30/2020, and if I should combine the merger on 3/6 with a process that I started with them for the name change earlier? I'll call them later to get clarification.
