Hey Jensen, we will be watching for the FINRA approval of the merger - "Rule 6490 requires that corporate acts frequently associated with Reverse Mergers obtain FINRA approval before effectiveness. This approval takes approximately a month to obtain."

What are the details (terms and conditions) of the merger - they were oddly missing from the 8-K.
