Thats just what PRED doesnt need is to file a formal lawsuit against Hindenburg and PRED knows it. Too much dirty laundry in their closet for them to have to divulge all to the courts. An idle threat lawsuit will not see the light of day. They didn't do it last summer they wont be doing it now either.
PRED already has enough lawsuits on their books to last quite a while without adding another one to their long list.
