If they re-IPO at $10 a share, that's a cash out price for me of $36,000,000 - $36million.


Accr is already a public company.
If they change the name and use and issue new shares for an IPO, which I don't think they can do, you won't get 360 dollars for your shares, let alone 36 million.

Even a disgraced broker should know this.
