Look, I don't know everything, but I do know that during the 10-K delay management has done a very good job keeping us in the loop. I've been in other OTC stocks that have delays and issues and there's not one word said to help ease the delay pain. That coupled with the quality of management, the revenues, expansion, BLF's communication and growth with 'major companies' that don't let their name get thrown around in a casual PR, and their upfront explanation of how the delay came about. Sure, I wanted the 10-K back in January, but in my opinion there's more than enough good here, especially compared to other OTC stocks, to hang in and hang strong. We're almost there...sell if you like, but IMO that would be foolish!
