Apple is settling!!!!

JOINT MOTION TO STAY ALL DEADLINES AND NOTICE OF SETTLEMENT
Plaintiff Quest NetTech Corporation (“NetTech”) and Defendant Apple Inc. (“Apple”)
(jointly referred to as the “Parties”) hereby notify the Court that the Parties have reached an
agreement in Principle that will resolve all matters between them. Accordingly, the Parties file
this joint motion for a stay of all unreached deadlines in the Court’s First Amended Docket
Control Order (Dkt. 73) for thirty (30) days so that appropriate dismissal papers may be
submitted. This stay is not sought for the purpose of delay, but so that justice may be served.
