Thanks for doing some real DD and reaching out to Sinister. So often people draw a conclusion and then state it as fact. The merger has taken a long time. Most mergers do. Since is was not denied on Facebook as of 02/13/2020 and the Tweet is still up from 13/31/2019 I would say it is still in the works.
