Is the "cancel reason: vacated" info for today's hearing new?

I'm thinking no debt owners showed to the hearing resulting in an order in $QUTR favor - i.e. that owners must provide proof of a debt (likely by a certain date) to claim. Would love to know more specifics if anyone can dig them up.
