footnote(4)from 10-K - Beginning October 1, 2012, the Company began accruing salaries for its five (5) employees in accordance with employment agreements executed on September 14, 2012. Each employee receives an annual salary of $48,000 at the rate of $4,000 per month. Currently the salaries are currently being deferred until the company is in a financial position to pay such salaries.
