The classic text book reverse merger will cause much pain to the NAKED SHORT IN ACCR. No need to panic....just my warning to the masses. Everyone also asked me, "How do you force a COVER? How do you force the naked short to buy back the stock they shorted...?"

I warned everyone...and I think I also figured a FORCEFUL was for my SHORT to COVER. Just watch, once I file and PAY MY REVERSE 10-1 STOCK SPLIT....it will force da short to pay the divided. NSS do not like to pay stock dividends, and STEPHANE did not know this, and now he does.
