The contract filed was POS Squires' bait&switch scam. It was defaulted upon immediately and every term since has been defaulted upon. It was never intended to be in effect. In essence lowlife POS Squires used the SEC as his whore to pimp shareholders. There isn't a level too low for this con man to stoop to.
