Obviously the idea is to give them 270MM shares to sell. The more assets they place in the shell the more each share is worth.
If they can show a book value of $5 per share then they can certainly sell them for $5.
270,000,000 x $5 = $1,350,000
Word on the street is that these "international renewable energy companies" have been struggling to get financing ever since Obama left office.
1.3B might just be attractive.
