on those 32,000,000 PYBX common shares fandango ...looks like they were added back to the treasury...at PYBX

I ask because I was involved in a Market Fail to Deliver in 2010. I think the lingo is you have to buy shares at equal or greater value.

I filed a $250,000,000.00 valid SEC complaint on my 6,000,000 shares and brokerage. Ally apparently bought the fail via merger acquisition with some government assistance. Those share apparently seem to be buried under 30 billion shares right now at another company.

That's like $41.66 per share ? $7.80 per share if I shares the $250,000,000.00 complaint?
