......I believe SIMON, via mark e. haines is going to file an INTERPLEADER........with the F/D/C, 10.......that basically presents standing and a rightful claim on ALL failed bank recoveries..................we're gonna sue, but an interpleader is a soft suit...............good technique without launching a full blown declaration of WAR...................
....only problem is, FDIC will say FU.............and only give the statement that the failed bank/RECEIVER and BK TRUSTEE/holdco have no connection, whatsoever............and cite the amendments to the bank holding company act of 1956............................
