On Friday I asked Grainer to ask Line, since they are communicating with him if the information the Accountant was going over were the Notes the SEC had given back to them. I

If they reply back to him that they were indeed the Notes, then that means the Financials have been submitted to the SEC and once the Notes they sent back are completed and ok'd they can then pass the Fin's on the Edgar for posting... hopefully Gainer gets a positive reply...
