Anyone- Markets

In your opinion, is what we're seeing lately a bear market rally, where we retrace to the lows of two weeks ago(Dow 18500, S&P 2200) at some point over the coming weeks/months, or are we back in rally mode towards a V shaped recovery, with the assumption that the coronavirus situation will peak by mid-late April ?
