2) Curetis Parent Company Is Huge and can Throw a whole Lotta Bones to it's new Puppy-Dog to help it Grow.

3) OPGEN already Has a few FDA Approvals Pending that can Create Serious Future Revenue for the "Newco" .

4) Curetis BGI Tests were & are Still being Utilized Extensivy in many Asian & Europen Markets & this Test has a Proven Track Record.

5) The "Newco" has some Drug Resistant Pneumonia Diagnostic Texts that May Become Serious Players in the Very Near Future.
