If someone would read the Demand for Jury Trial document, they would find that the University of Mexico (UNAM) purchased a Microarray Printer for about $126K. The money was paid upfront in full in November 2015. UNAM never received the equipment. For 4 years, they were given excuse after excuse (sound familiar?), until the University finally sued them.
