Will you be giving accr original shareholder any shares in the new sc...er company? Other than the 7 or so single digit shares left that they hold, which will start to trade at a artificially higher price and drop rapidly back to sub penny. Mainly because there is no real company merging with accr. You are merging a shell with a shell. IF it happens.

Will you deem accr shares null and void while you issue brand new shares to yourself and 'ceo' thus decimating what's left of the original accr shareholders.

Because, as it is obvious, this merger's intent is to wipe accr clean and start over.
