The draft that I started on March 21, 2020 is the 10-1 REVERSE STOCK SPLIT DIVIDED....and anyone short ACCR will have to PAY THE DIVIDEND...this is another good thing about a classic reverse merger. As long as it is CONTROLLED....and the equity being established is GOOD EQUITY that is verifiable by WALL STREET.
