The PCTL Board members discount all pending financial news beause Gary Tells them to ..

So ... Here is where we sit ...

The Last financial news posted to the SEC by PCTL was the Q2 Financials where the info was as of June 30th 2019 ... The filing was in August ...

The next quarter was the Q3 which ended Sept 30th ... Due to be filed by Nov 30th ... PCTL filed an extension making the news due at the end of december ... It was not filed then, and then OTCmarkets issued the stop sign ... To Date we have not had the Financial filing for Q3 ending Sept 30th ...

The 10K is Due in three calendar days, but it looks like the SEC is giving companies a couple of monthe to oomply ...

And now a Number of folks are tauting the Q1 results ... Q! ends March 30th, and the filing would be technically due by May 31st ...

Right now ... We are relying on numbers as of Jue 30th 2019 unless we believe everythiing Gary says ... Or what is posted ...

I am sure there are a lot of folks whom want to see the official numbers ... Like Me ... We just will not see them anytime soon ...

In the End ... Believe what Gary says ... Or what the Board insists ... PCTL is an SEC reporting company, and unless they file the form to say othersise ... THis is What they are REQUIRED to do ...
