EMIL'S SHARES GIFTED, NOT SOLD! Sorry to disappoint!

All nearly 77mm shares were gifted, AS IT SAYS ON THE FORM 4! All Emil's VPLM shares are restricted and can't be sold, anyway! I really doubt he would be selling @ $.001/share!

Transaction date of the 70mm was March 1, 2020....THAT WAS A SUNDAY...NO TRADING! Another small point is VPLM hasn't traded 70mm, let along 77mm shares, collectively, all month!!!!

Didn't trade anywhere near 7mm shares on March 18, 2020! Another problem!

Sorry to burst the bubble! Some estate attorneys will suggest it prudent for a man aged around 70 to spread a large, concentrated position to family members!

Everything here is MY OPINION! I am making NO buy or sell recommendations here! DO YOUR OWN DUE DILIGENCE!
