LOL,,, I hear you GW. But for the sake of clarity,,, TMPS did NOT lose the protest. The GAO never issued a decision on the protest.
The Navy realized Omega was ready to waste time & enter into a frivolous court case just to try to get an injunction against TMPS fulfilling the contract.
So the Navy terminated our contract & offered both parties, & anybody else a chance to re-enter bids for the A2A Refueling contracts,,, AFTER THE NAVY CHANGED THE PROCESS.
If a company can not satisfy the Navy's needs they will have address their own shortfalls & CAN'T BLAME ANYONE ELSE!
Again,,, TMPS didn't lose a protest. Matter of fact the GAO would have ruled against them!
But whatever,,, here we are as you say with the ability to buy $10.00 shares for a quarter each,,, LOL LOL LOL
