Of course it’s likely. If not I’m sure the award would have been given to Omega by now. Why would a company who won the award all of a sudden not put a bid in for a contract THEY WON?? That makes a lot of sense. NOT!!!!! I’m sure we will know very soon and I’m BETTING TMPS WILL BE AWARDED the CONTRACT AGAIN.
